Elizabeth Jane Berault

Elizabeth Jane Berault was born August 1952 in Flora, Illinois. She passed away on September 6th, 2022 at her home in Hot Springs Village, AR, aged 70. She is preceded in death by parents, Elizabeth Heaton Case and Robert Ridgway Case; brother Robert Ridgeway Case Jr. She is survived by sons Andrew Ridgway Berault and James Case Berault of New Orleans, LA. She is also survived by sister Cathy A. Case of Fayetteville, AR.
Elizaberh Jane Berault was graduated from Flora Township High School in 1970. She attended the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO and transferred to University of Illinois, Champagne, IL. She graduated from U of I with Bachelors of Science in Dietetics.
She did graduate work at Emory University in Atlanta for certification as a registered dietician.
She worked for Marriot in Houston, Beaumont, Little Rock, and New Orleans LA in food services as a dietician.
She was the proud owner of The Pantry Café at the front gate of Hot Springs Village for many years where she cooked and entertained for her many patrons. She was a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church and the Lions Club.
Memorial service will be held at CedarVale Cemetery on Saturday, November 12th at 10:00 am.
