Elizabeth Catranbone Obituary
Elizabeth (Betty) June Catranbone mother to Patricia, Thomas, Kathleen, Francine, and William, passed away January 8, 2024, of natural causes. Her finals days were spent peacefully at her home on Singer Island, Florida, surrounded by family and close friends.
Known for her love of life and family, Elizabeth will be missed by all that knew her. She wished to be remembered for the happiness she brought to others and not for the sadness of her passing. Elizabeth was well known for her beautiful arts and crafts; all the new babies of family and friends were welcomed with one of her beautiful, crocheted blankets.
Elizabeth was born in New York City to Kathleen and Arthur Gamble and is proceeded in death by her siblings Kathleen Brophy, Arthur Gamble and James Gamble. She is survived by her children, Patricia Galle, Thomas (Karen) Pryde, Kathleen Bennett, Francine Kirk.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM, at Biloxi National Cemetery, 400 Veterans Ave. Biloxi, MS.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to Coastal Mardi Gras Museum, 792 Howard Ave, Biloxi, MS 39530
Riemann Family Funeral Home, Biloxi, is serving the family.
