I was terribly sorry to hear of your loss. While it is only recemtly that we first met it was beautiful to watch the two of you together. Jamie always talks about her. He was so greatful that she had opened her heart and taken him under her winds. He was proud to call her Grandma. Libby was an extraordinary woman. SHe will be greatly missed.

I was so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. I have many fond memories of her in Lynchburg and the times we spent at the Homestead. She was indeed a unique and charismatic woman! My sympathies go out to you and your family during this sad time.

My dear Mimi the thought of Libby was with me the whole day, her voice,
her way of laughing her love for life. I was sory not to be able to
include any words in the obit because Italy is not included among the
countries to select.
I would like to write : 'Antonella, Franco, Caterina and Cristina-your
best Italian friends-will keep you, Libby, in their hearts forever '.

Don, my thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. Libby was such a great person. She taught me a lot of things and was always there when I needed to talk. Her stories were always interesting to hear and she knew how to make you laugh.

Don & Family, I remember Libby well from the UVA Admissions Office. She was a delight to know and if you needed a bed it was Libby to the rescue. The loss of someone so close is difficult to bear. We share your grief.

I'll never forget Libby's amazing sense of humor....she was a supportive, caring person during my first few years as a new nurse at UVa. She made my first job away from home seem perfect, even though I was so homesick! Such a special person will surely entertain us all again one day! My thoughts are with you, Don and with the rest of your family.
