Born on October 25, 1942 to the late John and Sylvia Demerckis in Chicago.
Elizabeth was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She is survived by her son, Anthony Todd (Jennifer) Davis, stepson, Gary Davis, and sister, Rose (the late Robert) Pavlik. She is preceded in death by her brother, the late John (Maryann) Demerckis.
Elizabeth graduated from Gage Park High School, then became part of the World's Finest Chocolate Family as a proud foreman until retirement.
Betty had a passion for cooking good food and spending time with her family. She was the personification of generosity and kindness, mixed with strength and resolution. Nothing made her happier than watching a Nascar race with the family while having a good Sunday meal.
Entombment and committal service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Casimir (Lithuanian) Catholic Cemetery in Chicago, 60655.
