Dear Doug,
Your mother will be greatly missed by all the people that she touched in her lifetime. She will live on as you carry her heart and soul in you. You were able to keep her in the home she and your father so loved and raised their family. She always had a smile on her face for everyone that came to see her. She is now able to play with Happy and do the things that she was unable to do for so long. We are all better just for having the pleasure of knowing her. You have been a wonderful son to her and great friend to us. If we can help you in any way, you know we are here for you.

Mrs. Johnson's family and the world have lost a wonderful caring woman. She was loved by all whose lives she touched and will be greatly missed.
She is finally resting in peace after her long journey.

Your mom was a lot like mine, she had a lot of class and always a great smile for me when ever I saw her. She is now in a peaceful place with your dad.

I just happened to be reading the paper today and saw Mrs. Johnson's name. I am so sorry for your loss. I enjoyed visiting with Tracey and Mrs. Johnson. I also enjoyed meeting you, Caroline and Douglas. You guys are in my thoughts and prayers. She is now an angel to watch over us.

Dearest Caroline,
Just saw your Mother's obituary online...and am so sorry. It was so good to be with the two of you in August. She was a lovely lady. It gave me the warm fuzzies to think of your relationship with her...and especially to know that you read to her every evening over the telephone. You have been a good and faithful daughter and I know she was so proud of you. The notice in the paper is beautiful.
Lovingly,
