Elizabeth Midolo Obituary

Elizabeth "Betty" Midolo
Elizabeth "Betty" Midolo of East Haven passed away peacefully on April 20, 2024 in Whispering Pines. She was the wife of the late James "Chico" Midolo, Sr. Born in New Haven on January 8, 1935 daughter of the late Domenico and Nunziata Faruolli Clemente, Betty was predeceased by eight brothers and sisters. She enjoyed knitting, cooking and spending time with family and friends. She is the loving mother of Donna Kielbowicz, Elaine Midolo, Sally Ann Midolo, Nancy Dacey (David Palumbo), James Midolo, Jr. (Diane) and Gina Burroughs (Michael). She is survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visiting hours will be held Thursday evening from 4:00-7:00 in the Iovanne Funeral Home, Inc., 11 Wooster Place in New Haven. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday morning at 11:00 in St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish at Our Lady of Pompeii Church, 355 Foxon Rd. in East Haven. Please meet directly at Church. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association - CT Chapter, 200 Executive Blvd. S #4b, Southington, CT 06489.
