Sugarcreek Township – Beth E. Reigner, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. Beth is survived by her three children: William Witt, III (Carolina) of Brentwood, CA, Erin Kelly (Jammie) of Dayton, OH, and Justin Witt of Dayton, OH. She is also survived by her Grandsons, Carlos and Antonio Witt of Brentwood, CA, and Sister, Susan Justice of St. Ignace, MI. Beth was preceded in death by her parents, Hal Morton Reigner and Mollie Ann (Pocock) of Farmington, MI, sister, Judith Crowe of Hallam, PA, and brother, Ken Reigner of Silver Spring, MD.
Beth who was the youngest of the 4 children was born to the late Hal Morton Reigner and Mollie Ann (Pocock) on November 28, 1954, in Detroit, Michigan. Beth attended Our Lady of Sorrows High School in Farmington, MI. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI in 1976. She later completed her Master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH in 1991and continued with that career the rest of her life.
Beth married William Witt, Jr., in 1975 in Farmington, MI. They were married for 21 years and had three children together. She enjoyed being a Social Worker and positively affected the lives of many throughout the years, with her experience and knowledge. Beth was a huge animal lover, especially when it came to dogs. She would tell absolutely everyone she met about her dogs, if she had the chance. She also loved collecting little cute stuffed animals, drinking coffee (Starbucks) and doing her own manicures weekly for selfcare and she was an amazing cook. Beth loved to go to restaurants and try new food. She loved people and the Dogs in her life with her whole heart, and it showed with all that she did. One of her favorite things to do was to just spend time with the people that she loved most.
Beth will be incredibly missed by all whose lives she touched and most especially by her family who loved her very deeply and are in incredible shock with her death.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Beth at Crossroads Church located at 2700 Miamisburg Centerville Road, Dayton, OH, on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 10:00 am. A graveside service will be held at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, Southfield, MI, on November 22, 2025 at 10:00 am.
