Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents Rev. Francisco and Juanita Vazquez, her husband Zacarias Rivera, and her siblings, Albert Vazquez, George Vazquez, Edith Rodriguez, Alice Castro, David Vazquez, Joe Vazquez, Francisco Vazquez, and Daniel Vazquez.
Elizabeth is lovingly remembered by her only surviving brother, John Vazquez, her children John Baptist Rivera, Elizabeth Rivera, Edith Joyce Dueñas (Oscar Dueñas), SGM Zacarias Rivera (Milargos Perez Rivera), Esther Marie Rivera (Cheryl K. Coker), and Eve Jeanette Rivera. As well as her grandchildren Sadie Woods, Jessica Edith Woods, Laurec Francisco Woods, Vanessa Posey (Robert William Posey), 1SG Zacarias Rivera Jr. (Amy Rosalie Corado Rivera), Oscar Dueñas, Erik Dueñas, Isa Jannah Rivera, Mujahid Rivera, Jawad Rivera, and Tijani Rivera (Gabriella Hanson). And her great grandchildren Amalia Yovan Rivera, Izaiah Jordan Rivera, Zacarias William Posey, Laurec Ronin Woods, Callie Jean Newlin, Lovely Isidra Simmons Woods, and soon to come, Golden Willow Woods Mayweathers.
