A light has gone from Plymouth with the loss of the always delightful Betty Sanders. She brought a cheerful glow of optimism, good humor, and unfailing common sense to everything she did - and she did pretty much everything! She was a font of Plymouth knowledge, an unbelievably dedicated volunteer for many non-profits, a person who never gave life's adversities the upper hand, helped others unselfishly, embraced her community, and found enjoyment in simple things every day. I'm so grateful to have known her - Donna Curtin

We are so sorry to learn of Betty's passing and send our deepest condolences to her family. She was such a kind lady, with a generous spirit and wonderful sense of humor, who loved her family deeply. It was our privilege for us and our family to have known her for many years and we also enjoyed travelling on ocean cruises with her and her friend, Fran.
She will certainly be missed by many. R.I.P., dear Betty.
