Elizabeth Smith Obituary
Liz was born February 28, 1965, in Wilmington, Ohio, the daughter of Layton Phipps and Naomi (Jenkins) Phipps, who survive.
Liz leaves behind her son, Adam (Jayden) Smith; two grandchildren, Oaklynn and Kayce Smith; five siblings, Roger (Rose) Phipps, Theresa (Larry) Byrd, Regina Phipps, James (Shelley) Phipps, and Rebecca Phipps; and many nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
Liz belonged to Northern New Home Church in Goshen, Ohio and was saved December 24, 2024.
Funeral services will be held 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Boyer Funeral Home, Waverly, Ohio with Brothers Ray Williamson, Bill Holcomb and Jr. Ruggles officiating. Burial will follow at Jenkins Family Cemetery, Piketon, Ohio.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 am until the service on Tuesday at Boyer Funeral Home, Waverly.
