Ella Fox Obituary
Ella was born Feb. 2, 1909, in Buckley, to George and Harriet Anna (Southwick) Casler. She was married to Hiram A. Ransom for 52 years, and to Marion Fox for 13 years; both preceded her in death.
Ella enjoyed gardening, sewing, and canning.
She is survived by daughters, Elaine Brooks of Buckley and June Dalzell of Traverse City; son, H. Lloyd Ransom of South Dakota; 19 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
Besides her parents, Ella was preceded in death by two husbands; two sons, Dallas and Robert; daughter, Ella Louise; two brothers and two sisters.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, Nov. 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Covell Funeral Home in Kingsley.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 10, also at the funeral home with, visitation two hours prior to the service. Interment will take place in Cornell Cemetery in Buckley.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Covell Funeral Home of Kingsley.
