Ellen Davis Obituary

Ellen is a 1972 graduate of Lawrence high school; from there she went on to the Mercer School of Nursing where she graduated with a Nursing Degree in 1975. Ellen spent her whole working career as a Registered nurse working a several medical facilities, but spending most of those years at Delaware Valley Hospital and Bensalem School District as a school nurse.
On July 25th, 1987 Ellen married Scott Davis, and soon after welcomed their son Michael Davis into the world. Ellen enjoyed cooking, reading and spending time with her family on the holidays. She especially loved being a mother to Michael. Ellen will be missed by all those whose lives she touched, being known as a strong woman, she impacted and encouraged many people.
Ellen is survived by her husband Scott, son Michael, brothers John(Delynn) Longfellow, Jeff(Anna) Longfellow, Charles(Kimi) Longfellow. She is also survived by her brother and sister in laws Walt and Jen Coatsworth, and their sons Drew and Logan, and many other nieces and nephews.
Ellen is preceded in death by her parents Jack and Camilla Longfellow, and her brother in law Daniel Davis.
Services are entrusted to the Beck Givnish Life Celebration Home. 7400 New Falls Rd, Levittown Pa 19055. A viewing for Ellen will be held at Beck Givnish on Saturday February 8th, 2025, from 9:00am to 10:30am, with the funeral service starting at 10:30am. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery in Langhorne. If you are unable to attend the service will be live-streamed on the Beck Givnish facebook page starting at 10:30am.
The family would like to send a special thank you out to all the doctors and nurses that kept her going all these years with her illness, especially Dr. Pathalapati.
