Ellen Irons Obituary
Ellen gave her life to Christ at an early age. She was a member of Forest Hills Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by one brother Charlie Mose Harvell Jr., three sisters Gloria Jean Harvell, Amelia Watkins and Linda Kirk. Four brothers in law Larry, Charles and Clarence Irons, and Melvin Wilson, one sister Sarah Irons. Parental in-laws Golden and Ethel Irons.
Ellen was married to the late Robert Earl Irons Sr. September 7th, 1969, and to this union five children were born.
She leaves to cherish her life and memory one son Robert Earl (Tilisha) Irons Jr. of Smyrna, TN; four daughters, Gloria (Willie) Shelton, Theressa Irons both of Antioch, TN; Cher-Rhonda (Shawn) Walker of Jackson, TN; Tremesia Irons of Lavergne, TN; eleven grandchildren: Brandon Hughes, Keaven Burton, Brennon Hughes, Raheem Irons, Khalil Trice, Chantrenia Irons, Malik Shelton, Khaden Walker, Calisa Irons, Mikhi Irons, and Desmond Finger. Two great-grandchildren, Addison Irons and Josyiah Smith. Two sisters Phyllis (Michael) Marshall of Jackson, TN; Ruthie Jean Atkins of Cordova, TN; one brother Timothy (Cynthia) Harvell of Jackson TN; four sisters in-law Mae Jewel Gillard of Memphis, TN; Carolyn Wilson and Frances Irons both of Counce, TN; Geneva (Jycola) Scurry of Tallahassee, FL. One aunt Evelyn Smith of Detroit, Michigan. A host of bonus grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
