Elliot Saroff Obituary
DELMAR - Elliot D. Saroff, 86, passed away peacefully at Ellis Hospital on Monday, November 24, 2025, with his loving wife by his side. Born in Amsterdam, he is the son of the late Jack and Eva Saroff.
Elliot was a graduate of Amsterdam High School, where he was also the Valedictorian of his class and he would go on to obtain his Bachelor's Degree from Union College. He worked as a statistician for The N.Y.S. Deptartment of Health for many years until his retirement. Elliot's hobbies included photography, electronics and computers.
Elliot is survived by his wife, Linda Saroff; his daughter, Brooke (Joshua) Linker; and his grandchildren, Moorea, Mason and Carson.
Memorial contributions can be made in Elliot's name to The American Diabetes Association, at diabetes.org
Funeral services for Elliot will be private to the family. Burial will be at Beth Emeth Cemetery.
