Elmer Ray Johnson

Elmer Ray Johnson, age 78 of Hi Hat, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at his residence. He was born November 12, 1947 in Buckingham, Kentucky to the late Grover & Deloris Bates Johnson. He was the husband of the late Martha Rhodan Booth Johnson. He was a coal miner and electrician. He is survived by his Daughter: Cindy Johnson (Timothy) Kilgore; Granddaughter: Adrianna (Cody) Anderson; Great Grandson: Dean Odin Anderson; Brothers: Gary Dale (the late Dottie) Johnson & Dennis (Sheryl) Johnson; Sisters: Pearl (the late Paul) Pigg, Verna Hall, Delina Lynn (Gary) Slone, Belinda (Franklin) McKinney & Dorthy (Mickey) Samons; A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Family & Friends. Along with his parents and wife he was preceded in death by his Brothers & Sister: Lester Johnson, Clifford Johnson, Jeffery Johnson & Donna Compton. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
Visitation will begin Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 6pm at Little Rock Old Regular Baptist Church, Bevinsville, Kentucky and will continue all day Sunday, December 21, 2025
Funeral Services will be held Monday, December 22, 2025 at 1pm at the church with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating
Burial will follow at Buckingham Cemetery, Buckingham, Kentucky
