Dear Vincent Family,

I am so sorry to hear of Elmo´s passing. I had not seen him in many years but remember him well. He was just starting EJV Construction when I was starting out as a banker financing several of his homes in New Orleans East.
He was a dedicated professional, eager to learn and always willing to be helpful, with the same smile that his photo reflects.

Grant him Eternal Rest, O Lord.
