Eloise F. Harmes

1932 - 2026

Eloise F. (Maurer) Harmes, 93, of Schnecksville, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Cornerstone Living, New Tripoli.  She was the wife of the late Clyde S. Harmes III.  Born in Lebanon, PA on August 19, 1932, Eloise was the daughter of the late Milford B. Maurer and Sadie Emma (Light) Maurer.  She owned and operated Win-Dee-Hil Kennels in Schnecksville for many years before retiring in 2005.

Survivors: Children, Clyde S. Harmes IV and his wife, Jill of Morgantown, Candice L. Harmes of Schnecksville; grandchildren, Nicolle, Clyde V, Nathan, Caleb, Joshua, Josiah; great-grandchildren, Judah, Hannah, Finley, Cole, Jenna, Tyler.

Service: A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family. No calling hours. The Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. in Schnecksville is in charge of arrangements.  Online expressions of sympathy may be recorded at www.heintzelmancares.com.
