Elpidio was born on December 1, 1946 and passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2016. Elpidio was a resident of Ypsilanti, Michigan at the time of his passing. Elpidio has a dual BS in electrical and mechanical engineering from the University of Feati and a MBA from the Universiy of Phoenix in Technology Management. He was married to Amanda. A funeral mass will be held Friday October 21 2016 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church 2250 E. Stadium Blvd. Ann Arbor MI at 1:00 PM. A visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until the time of the service at the church chapel. Donations may be sent to Arbor Hospice in lieu of flowers.
