Elroy Edmond Colledge

Elroy was the very first person to get me to try fish. Not only was it fish but shark. One day at work he was cooking up some samples and offered some to me to try. I tried it and not that it wasn´t good, just fish is one category I´m still getting used to eating. It wasn´t bad or good, just not for me. Many days at work we had chatted and laughed as he shared his knowledge and experiences with me and a few other coworkers. This was when he was at Albertsons in American Fork.
