Mrs. Elsie Mae Phillips, age 60 of LaFollette went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 3, 2025. She is preceded in death by Parents, James Carroll, Sr. and Barbara Carroll, Sister, Bobbie Ann Brown, Brother, James Carroll, Jr, and Step-Brother, Daniel Wallace.
She is survived by her husband, Stanley Phillips; son, Scotty Lee Carroll and fiancé Brandi Byrge; daughter, Andrea Haas and late fiancé, Alvin Wallace; granddaughter, Ashley Stinger and husband, Parker; sister, Joyce Carroll and fiancé, Ronald Lane; sister-in-law, Lois Carroll; step-mother, Linda Carroll; step-brothers, Richard Wallace and Charlie Wallace; special aunt, Millie Carroll; special nephews, Timmy Hatmaker, Grayson Mulligan, Landon Lay, and Matthew Carroll; special nieces, Amanda Jones and husband, Josh, and Rebecca Carroll; special great-niece, Gracie Jones; special great-nephew, Jace Jones; special cousins, Ginger and Alyssa Muse; and her fur babies, Dixie and Molly.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 6, 2025, from 12:00 – 2:00 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Ray Woods officiating. Interment will follow at Well Springs Cemetery. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in Mrs. Phillips honor, c/o of Walters Funeral Home to assist with final expenses. Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Mrs. Elsie Mae Phillips.
