Emanuel Miles was my friend and mentor, he touched many lives and changed things for the better. His name will be remembered as the "hero" he was to many of us ... He will be greatly missed.

To the family of a fellow soldier that worked with MSG Miles, everyday was a day of jokes and talking junk. I had to send him away from my desk so I could get my work done. Never a dull day. My prayers and Condolences go out to you.

Emanuel Jose Miles was a man of quiet strength, deep integrity, and unwavering dedication to others. A retired Army disabled veteran, he continued his service through Army Civil Service, never turning away from the call to support the mission or the people beside him.
Above all else, Emanuel was a devoted husband and father who loved his wife and children fiercely. His family was his pride, his purpose, and his greatest accomplishment. He carried that same care and loyalty into his friendships and mentorship, always willing to guide, encourage, and lift others up.
To those who knew him, Emanuel was more than a colleague-he was a mentor, a friend, and a steady presence you could count on. His wisdom, humility, and willingness to invest in others left a lasting impact that will not be forgotten.
Though he has departed this life, Emanuel´s legacy lives on through the lives he touched, the lessons he shared, and the family he cherished. He served with honor, lived with purpose, and will be remembered with deep respect and gratitude.
Rest in peace, Emanuel. Your watch is complete, and your legacy endures brother.
