Mrs. Rodriguez was born on February 16, 1953 in Tamaulipas, Mexico to Antonio Mendez and Petra Barron. She married Santiago Rodriguez in Dallas, Texas is 1980.
She is survived by her husband, Santiago Rodriguez; daughter, Cynthia Rodriguez Ornelas and son-in-law, Ivan Ornelas, grandkids Emilee Alisse Ornelas, Carmen Alivia Ornelas, and Isabelle Ornelas and son, Manuel Mendez Barron.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Pallbearers will be Santiago Mendez, Abram Mendez, Omar Ornelas, Joseph Duke, James Rodriguez and Julio Rodriguez.
