Emily (Moore) Bibey 81, passed away April 17, 2024. 

Emily was born in Warren, Ohio. She was involved in the church and served God all of her life. Her career involved jobs that helped people to be better. She was a beautiful example of a Godly woman, daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. 

Emily is preceded in death by her mother Evelyn Jerin, her father Myles Moore, brother John Moore, and her husband Hubert Clinton Bibey. They will be together again in heaven.

She is survived by her three children, five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Daughter Elizabeth Elaine (Bibey) Behon, grandson Nicholas Porter Mathews, daughter Babette (Bibey) St. John, son-in-law Noah St. John, twin granddaughters Amber Bibey and Bambi Bibey, grandson Cody Sias, great-granddaughter Georgia Sias, son Clinton Hubert Bibey, daughter-in-law Valerie Bibey and granddaughter Victoria Emily Bibey. Emily is also survived by her brother Myles  Moore Jr., sister-in-law Marie Moore, sister Tina Lemely, brother-in-law David Lemely and many family members. 

At the request of the family there will be a private celebration of life with family and friends.
