So sad to hear of Emma's passing. My deepest condolences to her family & those who loved her from near & afar. I cherish the time I spent with her, her laugh, her ability to energize a group (the teacher in her?), and her love for our natural world.

A loving, wonderful teacher always inspires and motivates young minds into the future. She was just such a teacher! Anchorage school district was lucky to have her. She will be missed. Prayers to her family and all her friends.

Emma was always kind and considerate to us younger girls when we´d spend the night as pre-teens. I loved going to the Hansens house, it was always loving and fun. My condolences to the family, Twila Mohn Mayes. ((Hugs))
