Emma Jo Tackett DuVall Price

Emma Jo Tackett DuVall Price, 94, went to her heavenly home, Friday, February 7, 2025. Mrs. Emma Jo is loved by many across the nation for being a spiritual mentor and prayer leader. As a pastors wife, she modeled the way of what it means to be a beautiful example of Christ. She was born May 26, 1930 in Hector, to Raymond Edward Tackett and Laudra Viola Story. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Rev. Don DuVall and James Price, brother, Otho Tackett and sister, Beulah Lewis.

Rev. Don DuVall and Jo were pastors at the Dardanelle Assembly of God Church for around 17 years, as well as pastors at other churches in Arkansas and Oklahoma, for over 32 years. 

She is survived by her children, Rev. Danny DuVall and wife Gayla of Birmingham, Alabama and Jan DuVall of Russellville; grandchildren, Joshua, Jeremiah, Daylea ,Hadley, 6 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Her visitation will be 10-11am, Thursday, February 13, 2025 at Russellville Family Funeral with the funeral beginning at 11am, following the visitation. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Hector, under the directions of Russellville Family Funeral.
