Emmanuel E. Rose

Funeral services for Mr. Emmanuel Edwards Rose of East Dublin, Georgia, will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 11 AM at the Everlasting Gospel Non-denominal Church, 1300 South Jefferson Street in Dublin. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Irwinton.

Emmanuel Rose was born on Monday, January 1, 1951, to the parentage of Mr. Mitchell J. W. Rose, and Mrs. Mattie Mae Coney Rose.

Mr. Emmanuel was employed with B. H. Hall Ready Mix Concrete for 32 years. He enjoyed driving the cement mixing truck and took pride in his work. He also enjoyed watching western television shows.

Mr. Emmanuel loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He found joy in sitting on the porch listening to Blues music.

Mr. Emmanuel passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Mitchell J.W. Rose and Mrs. Mattie Mae Rose; his son, Sherwin Rose; and his siblings, Mark Rose, James Rose, Richerd Rose, Ira Pearl Higgebothm, and Magalene Wilcox.

Mr. Emmanuel leaves to cherish his precious memories his loving wife of 26 years, Mrs. Jeanese Rose; two sons , Dominic Rose, Christopher (Shantell) Hunt, two daughters, Shiritha Hunt, Carnisha (Kentrial) Hunt; his grandchildren, Christyn Hunt, Chloe Hunt, Caleia Hunt, Antoine Stanley, and Tayvis Stanley; his siblings, Johnnie Mae McNeal, Bettye Green, Mattie (Bobby) Wilcox, Linda Wheeler, Wanda (Pete) Orange, and Matthew (Vonna) Rose; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 6, 6-7 PM at the Dudley Funeral Home.
