Emmett Foye "Chip" Singleton III

Emmett Foye "Chip" Singleton III, 59, of Panama City passed away Friday, April 14, 2023.
Chip was a passionate soul and his most beloved passions consisted of singing and performing karaoke. He used singing to bring joy not only to himself but to others around him. Apart from singing, his children are what he loved most in this world. He not only cared for his family but also strangers. He was extremely selfless and kind. Helping people was something he did without a second thought. His humor, joy, passion, selflessness, and unique personality are what have made his impact on this earth and in his loved one's lives. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
He is preceded in death by his father, Emmett Foye Singleton Jr. and mother, Wilda Ray Singleton.
Those left to cherish Chip's memory include his daughter, Hayley Singleton Haser (Evan) and son, Emmett Foye "Charlie" Singleton IV; his first grandchild on the way; two brothers, Keith Alan Singleton and Kenneth Mark Singleton.
A Celebration of Chip's Life will be held Friday, April 21, 2023, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Callaway Community Center, 530 Beulah Avenue.
