Renee and I grew up together, she lived in the 1600 block and I in the 1500 block. We attended the same schools from elementary to high school. We were in social clubs, and attended concerts, movies, and camps together, the list is unlimited. I was in her wedding, we lost contact when she moved to South Florida and I later moved to Atlanta. I last time I saw her was at Sammie's funeral. The last spoke with her was a couple of years ago, my younger sister reached out to her on Facebook and gave me her number that's when I learned of her illness but her spirit was uplifting. I could go on and on about our childhood, teenage, and adult relationships. I encourage you, her family members to cling to Almighty God during this time of mourning and He will see you through.
Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted. Matt 5:4.

With sincere condolences,
Jo Ann Austin Holmes

Ps. I would love to meet with Renee's children and grandchildren when I visit
Jacksonville.
