Eric Richard Brown

Eric Richard Brown, 42, of Springfield, died at 11:52 am, Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at his home. He was born January 11, 1971 in Springfield, to Richard and Sue Bracewell Brown. His grandparents, Edythe and Amos Brown and Madalene Bracewell preceded him in death. Survivors include his parents, Rich & Sue Brown of Springfield; one sister, Andrea (Gary) Ziccarelli of Springfield; one brother, Christopher Brown of Chatham and five nieces and nephews, Paige and Emma Ziccarelli and Connor, Owen and Landon Brown. Eric was a member of Cherry Hills Baptist Church. He was an avid Cubs fan and loved music and spending time with his nieces and nephews. He was a customer service representative for Morpho Trust and previously worked for Franklin Life Insurance Company. Visitation: 4-7 pm, Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Staab Funeral Home. Funeral Service: 12 pm, Friday, August 30, 2013 at Staab Funeral Home with Dr. Roger Ross officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
