Eric Calvert, 58, of Scottsville, KY passed away Saturday at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Scottsville, KY native was a employee of General Motors, former employee of Allen County Primary Center and Allen County Detention Center and member of U.A.W. #2164. He was a son of William David Calvert, Jr. and Rebecca Sue Brown Dobbs.
He is survived by 2 sons: Dustin Calvert and Jesse Calvert, both of Scottsville, KY;
1 daughter: Amanda Woods and husband, Andrew, Scottsville, KY;
His fiancee': Carrie Yokley, her children: Steven Pulliam and Ryan Yokley, all of Scottsville, KY;
His father: David Calvert, Scottsville, KY;
His mother: Rebecca Dobbs, Franklin, KY;
1 sister: Shelia Marr and husband, Michael, Scottsville, KY;
3 grandchildren: Kaden Woods, Silas Woods and Henley Mae Calvert;
Steven's children: Maverick Pulliam and Piper Pulliam and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Lynn Herrington and Bro. Mike Harper officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery with Bro. Kelvin Copas officiating. Visitation will be 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday and after 7:00 A.M. Thursday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Alzheimer's Association. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
