Eric, was a great customer and a great guy to talk to, and we both loved our jeep wranglers.

I'm so sorry to hear of Eric's passing. Eric loved coaching baseball and even more he loved the opportunity to share the sport with his sons whom he loved dearly. God bless Jake and Nick and the entire Engblom family.

While I never got the opportunity to work with Eric directly, I always appreciated his love for sports, and how it would cross over into work. I could always count on him providing the quarterly or bi-annual updates and one of the project names being after one of his favorite (or not so favorite) sports teams. Especially when they touched a rivalry with a member of our leadership team.

I had the pleasure of working with Eric for 20+ years at GKN. I´ll remember his love of his family, his positive can-do "best college try" attitude, quick wit and canniness, ready smile and fun attitude, mastery of sports facts and figures (and work details too), running the work squares, and his love of smoking big pieces of meat. He was one of the good guys. We are thinking of Kara and family.
