I worked with Eric for several years at GSK. Not only was he a phenomenal partner, but one of the kindest people I have ever met. He adored his wife and children, and always talked about how great they were. Those were definitely highlight years in my life. He never took anything for granted. I didnt see him much the past several years as careers get in the way. But I would consider him to be a friend. What a great guy! He will be missed!

I worked Eric during my time at GSK. While I didn´t work directly with Eric, I had the privilege to getting acquainted at regional and national meetings. A consummate professional, quick to help others, and a look at what good looks like. He will be sorely missed by all !!!

I´m so sorry to hear this news. Eric was a wonderful man. I have a funny story about Eric. We were roommates during a meeting years ago at Big Cedar. If you have never stayed there you have to imagine every room had several stuffed animals and very rustic decor. I came back to the room from having drinks at the bar and Eric was doing some work on his bed. He also had the French doors open to take in the fresh air. When I walked into the room I looked at the TV and noticed a large owl standing on the piece of furniture the TV was on. At first I thought it was another stuffed animal but as I took another step the owl twisted its head, looked at me and spread its wings and flew out the door. I will never forget looking at Eric and saying did you see that, how long has that owl been in the room? He rolled over and smiled and put his thumb to his mouth and tipped it to insinuate having a drink and said "I think you have had to much to drink." That moment still puts a smile on my face. That owl could have been there for who knows how long because Eric was wrapped up in doing his work. He will be sadly missed by those that had the privilege of knowing him.

We worked at GSK together several years ago.
