Our beloved Eric Salazar, 47, passed away unexpectedly on June 24, 2022. Eric was an excellent, loving, and devoted father, husband, son, brother, and friend who deeply touched the lives of those around him. He was a shining light who loved to be around family. He was always pushing to get everyone together. Besides spending time with his family, he had a passion for researching & learning new things, listening to music, and being a sports aficionado but he loved nothing more than seeing his daughter Erica compete in swim meets.
He leaves behind his wife Gabriela, his two daughters, Erica and Victoria, his parent's father Francisco Salazar, and mother Elba Mendez Salazar, siblings, extended families, and his pets, Cielo and Luna!
Eric dedicated his life to serving the community in many ways, including helping other Latinos become financially secure. He always advocated for those in need. Eric was brilliant, sensitive, kind, and caring and always thought of others and ways to help them. He made a significant impact in all the lives of the people he helped and those who were part of his life. He was s devout Catholic who recently emerged in learning more about the Bible.
He is resting in peace and his memory will live on within all of us, we have an angel looking over us.
