Erich and I met in kindergarten and remained close all through and after High School. We coached JV football together at PHN and we had the greatest time. One of the funniest people I'd ever known. We lost touch and I regret that. Godspeed, Erich. Youll be missed.

My first memory of Erich was when he was in fifth grade at Lakeport Elementary School. It was my first year of teaching. I was an elementary PE teacher. I could see his athletic abilities then and later when I was high school football coach. Watched him play baseball and later some local softball. He also helped coach at Northern H.S. while I was coaching there. Always had a great sense of humor and often was a jokester. Visited him several times at Tailgators while he was the owner. Even talked with him about making an apartment above the bar , his idea, but when I said the bands would have to stop playing at 9, we laughed and his response...Yea, Right! He was always a good guy! I'll miss him as many will.
Condolences to Erick's family and hopefully as you celebrate his life you will find some peace and comfort.
