Erik Andre Minor

Erik Andre Minor, born January 8th, 1968 in Augsburg, Germany to Yvonne and Fred Minor who later on came to reside in Bloomfield, NJ, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 1, 2022.
He is survived by his three children, Emmanuel, Jesse, and Isabella Minor, Brother Christopher Minor, mother Yvonne Minor, the love of his life, Ana Crespo, nieces, nephews and other loved one including, Luis and Patricia Crespo, Angela Crespo and extended family. His father shortly thereafter followed Erik into eternal life.
Erik had a soft spot for children, the homeless, those with special needs, and was a wonderful role model to those in his path. Erik founded two companies, Oculus Inc. and Christian Bible Ministries non-profit to share the gospel of Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus Christ).
He was a member of the Messianic faith and followers of the Way.
After graduating from Seton Hall Cum Laude, Erik continued his education at NYU also graduating with honors in accounting and finance.
Erik joined Dunes Point Capital in 2014 and has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry.
Prior to joining Dunes Point Capital, Erik spent seven years as the CFO of Stone Castle Partners, LLC where he, in addition to CFO responsibilities, co-founded a $5.0 billion asset management company.
Before his untimely departure, Erik was the former Chief Financial Officer of Dunes Point Capital, and he was currently serving as its Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Technology and Information Systems for all of Dunes Point Capital portfolio companies. Erik was instrumental in helping to start Dunes Point Capital, and his intelligence, courage, commitment and, above all, kindness will be forever missed.
Erik's Love for his Lord was unashamedly displayed throughout his life. His passion for serving people was beyond measure. Join us as the family requests your presence as we come together to celebrate his life and life eternal.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, on Friday, February 4, 2022, at Mathis Funeral Home, 58 N. Main Street, Medford, NJ 08055. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm, at the funeral home. Entombment to follow at Park View Cemetery at Kirby's Mill, 25 Fostertown Rd, Medford, NJ 08055.
