Yesterday

Until we meet again....those special memories of you will always make me smile, if only I could have you back for a while.

Then we could sit and talk a while just like we use to do. Laughing, and your beautiful smile. You always meant so much to me and you always will and that is why I chose you to be my adopted daughter.

The fact that you´re no longer here, will always cause me pain , but you will always forever be in my heart until we meet again....... Love your Work Mommy Kim Norton

My deepest condolences to Erika´s mother and family and friends....

Yesterday

Erika came into our lives about 8 years ago. I had just started a food truck. She was always there for me teaching me how to work and clean the equipment. She was a bright light, always laughing and smiling. Me and my family have many fond memories of Erika.

I was very saddened to hear about Erika´s passing. I met Erika at work (Roche) she was a kind and thoughtful person. One of my favorite memories of Erika is her love for tonkotsu ramen snacks. We would often go to Hmart after work, and she would buy everything from the shelf. I will truly miss her smile and laughter. Rest in peace, my friend, my sister. Until we meet again.

Erika, you were one of the brightest parts of my life. From surviving the Roche chaos with (Sam/Fay/Angela), the inside jokes only we understood, to our endless TV and movie recommendations, you filled my days with laughter and love.
You were the only person outside my sisters who ever called me "Dessi," because you felt like family, the sister I chose.
I´d always get excited like a puppy to see you and your bear hugs always felt like home. Your warmth, your love of nature, cooking, and of course the Meow Meow Gang, made you unforgettable.
I will miss you deeply and carry you in my heart always.

I had the privilege of working with Erika on our Hawk on the Fly orders. I took the customer´s order and she was the chef who brought it to life. She always wanted things done the right way, would apologize if something wasn´t perfect, and was determined to succeed. Erika was smart, thoughtful, and a bright young woman who truly cared about her work and the people around her. She will be deeply missed. My heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, and all who loved her.
