Erma Florene Boettcher Walter, 91, of Shalimar, FL, passed away on March 15, 2025.
Erma, affectionately known as Flo, was born in Rita, West Virginia, on November 20, 1933. She graduated from Welch high school, and she married Richard F. Boettcher on February 12. Flo had a career in flooring at Cain & Bultman.
Flo was a member of the Red Cross, AFSA, and Rolling Thunder Chapter 1. She had a passion for baking, weeding, sewing, crafts, adventure, and her community.
Flo was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard F. Boettcher, and her second husband, Gerald Walter.
Flo is survived by her son, Richard Dale Boettcher; daughters, Kathy Boettcher Barberi and Jeanne Boettcher Meadows; 11 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
