Erna (nee Muller) Salnaitis

Erna (nee Muller) Salnaitis, passed away into God's loving care on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at Attleboro Nursing Home. She was 86 years old. Erna was born on October 6, 1931 in Bamberg, Germany to the late Gottfried and Kunnigunda (nee Hemmerlein) Muller. She was the wife to the late John Salnaitis who passed away in 2015. Erna immigrated to the United States from Germany in 1956. She was a wonderful homemaker who cared for her family and enjoyed cooking, knitting, spending time with her grandchildren, and watching T.V. Erna is survived by her four children; Wolfgang Salnaitis (Helen), Christina Neely (Tom), Stephen Salnaitis Sr. (Mary), and Joseph Salnaitis (Rebecca). She also is survived by her grandchildren; John, Michelle, Hannah, Nicolle, Thomas, Taylor, Stephen Jr., and Justin. Erna was predeceased by her sister, Anni Muller. Relatives and friends are invited to Erna's Life Celebration on Monday, July 9, 2018 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at St. Anselm Church, 12670 Dunks Ferry Rd. Philadelphia PA 19154 followed by her funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held privately and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Erna's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org. Family services are entrusted under the care of John F.
