Erna Jean (MacDonald) Scott, 96, died on November 23'd, 2025. She was the widow of Harry M. "Bud" Scott and daughter of John A. and Erna (MacLean) MacDonald. She was born in Louisbourg, Nova Scotia and lived in Middletown, RI for 73 years. She was a member of the Northeast Bottled Water Association and Newport Ski Club. For many years she was the Vice President and Treasurer of Crystal Spring Water Company.
Besides her husband she was predeceased by two brothers - James F. MacDonald and Roderick B. MacLeod. She is survived by her two children, Judith Norton (Ivan) of Kentville, Nova Scotia and lan Scott (Joy) of Newport. Also four grandchildren - James Norton (Lisa), Beth Ann Vickery (Jamey), Britt Waterfield, Jay Ostrowski (Jenny) and six great-grandchildren - Julianna Vickery, James Vickery, Andrew Waterfield, Jack Waterfield, Bodie Ostrowski and Lucy Ostrowski.
A service of Thanksgiving for her life will be held at a future date.
