Jeannie & Fran, I just now read about your dad and am so sorry. I will always remember living next door to you in Richmond when we were "kids" .....so long ago. Your father was so talented, so kind, and one of a kind. You should be so proud of him. I will keep you and your families in my thoughts and prayers.

I knew Ernie as a child and I remember him with the fondest of memories. He was always attentive to children and I loved him very much. I have not seen him in several decades, but that has never faded my memories of him. I hope you, his children and grandchildren, have many fond memories.
