Ernest passed away quietly surrounded by his loving family on November 30th, 2025. Born in Newark to the late Alfonso and Philomena Cordasco on July 23rd, 1948. Predeceased by his brother Nickolas. He was a barber and has his own shop on Lakehurst Rd, Silver Ridge Barber Shop. Survived by his wife of 52 years, Alberta Ulmer Cordasco, 2 daughters Jennifer Cordasco and Leslie Price. He is also survived by 2 son in laws, Corey and Richard and 2 grandchildren, Lucas and Leiloni Comiskey and Ernest's brother Gino Cordasco (Diana)
The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 12pm to 2pm, for a Memorial Gathering, at the Carmona Bolen Home for Funerals, 412 Main St., Toms River, NJ. Condolences may be expressed to the family by visiting www.carmonabolenfh.com. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Ernest "Ernie", please visit our floral store.
