Ernest Leon "Ernie" Mills Jr.

A visit to Ernie Mills "carving office" was always a treat. His talent in capturing nature was fascinating. I feel sure that he is spending his time now sharing his talent with others during his days of rest.
Sympathy to Mrs. Mills and Billy and the rest of the family.

Ernie was one of the finest individuals I ever met. We were on the Delaware State Police together. He talked day and night about Bass Fishing. Ernie never met a stranger. He loved nature, the outdoors, decoys and family. No doubt that Ernie is in Heaven Fishing the days away.

I worked with Ernie at state police headquarters he was the nicest person to work with and just be around RIP my kind friend

"A Navy Korean War veteran has passed away today." Ernie, you are now relieved from your watch. A job well done fellow Navy war veteran. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The USS Ticonderoga is now on station, preparing for your final journey. The final volley has sounded and taps is about to begin, ending a successful career as a nation´s defender. Smooth sailing shipmate.
