Ernest Vigil Obituary
Gabe was truly full of life. He was a devoted Son, Husband, Father, Brother and Friend whose heart was always open to others. He had a rare gift for making people feel welcomed, accepted, and loved, and he left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him. His kindness, generosity, and authenticity created bonds that will never be forgotten. A proud and passionate Denver Broncos super fan, Gabe's enthusiasm-especially on game days-was legendary. His energy, humor, and unmistakable spirit brought joy to family gatherings, friendships, and everyday moments alike. Gabe gave loyalty, dedication, energy, intelligence and was an extremely hard worker putting in many hours of overtime. He worked in the Sheet Metal Union, Self Employed Photographer, Brinks, and United Airlines and involved himself with his creativity in other interest to provide for the family he loved so much. Gabe's heart was in design, photography motorcycles, Football and traveling abroad with his family. Gabe is survived by his beloved Mother, Mary (Allen); his loving wife of 31yrs, Cyndi; and his cherished children, Gabe (Boogie), Emilio (Chopper), Lovena, Athena, and his Granddaughter Lucy who were all the light of his life. He is reunited in Heaven with his son Jullien (JBo) and his father Ernest, who welcomed him home with open arms. Gabe was deeply loved by many, and his legacy lives on through the countless lives he touched with his love, openness, and unwavering presence. Though his time here was far too short, the memories he created and the love he gave will live on forever.
Services will be held on January 8, 2026, at The Immaculate Heart of Mary, 11385 Grant Dr, Northglenn, CO 80233. A Rosary will begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by the Service at 11:00 a.m., with a Reception immediately afterward.
