It is with deepest sympathy Godfrey Funeral Home announces, Ernestine M. Sanders, age 96, departed this life Friday, February 13, 2026.
The Celebration of Life for the late Ernestine M. Sanders will be Saturday, February 21, 2026, 1:00 p.m., at Crossing Jordan Baptist Church, 1401 Cypress Street, Valdosta, GA.
Interment will follow at Sunset Hill Cemetery, 1100 N. Oak St., Valdosta, GA.
Public viewing will be Friday, February 20, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Godfrey Funeral Home, 636 River St., Valdosta, GA.
Sympathy may be expressed by signing the online registry at www.godfreyfuneralhome.net.
