Ervin E. Hahn

My son and I visited Erv and Rose at their apartment on April 13th and it was a delightful visit. Because Erv was so friendly and neighborly, his interests in farming, yardwork, life tales a joy to share, I had been drawn to walking next door from my son's house on Bond to theirs just to say hi whenever my wife & I were in town. Erv's personality shone with kindness, calmness, consideration, humor; couple that with his humility and openness and unique voice, conversation style and laugh-- what a great guy. That last day seeing him as we were leaving he asked me if I would pray with him (I was honored). We prayed to our Lord, Who heard us, and loves us eternally.... Deepest regards to all the family. Ervin was one of the greatest people I have ever met! He was a great Dad, Grandfather and FATHER-IN LAW. He would do anything! i will miss him dearly!!
