Mr. Eskie “Bill” Dukes, age 91 of Boaz, Alabama, died on Friday, September 20, 2024, at Marshall Medical Center South.
Funeral service will be held at Two o’clock pm Monday, September 23, 2024, at the McRae Chapel with Bro. Roger Igou & Bro. Daryl Ross officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday from 6:00pm -8:00pm at the funeral home.
Mr. Dukes was born in Alabama on September 3, 1933, to Chester & Essie Mae Harper Dukes.
Mr. Dukes is survived by his Daughters & Son-in-Law: Valerie Hudgins, Lisa Dukes, Patty & Barry Moore all of Boaz. Grandchildren: Aleta Garrison, Tiffany Rhoden, Holly Dukes, Evan Hilsman, Allyson King. 9 Great Grandchildren. Brothers & Sisters-in-Law: Jack Dukes of Georgia, Bud & Linda Dukes of Florida, Earnie & Betty Dukes of Georgia, Willard & Kathy Dukes of Georgia. Sisters: Mazelle Haynes of Section, Effie Wheeler of Georgia, Audrey Dukes of Georgia
Mr. Dukes was preceded in death by his Parents: Chester & Essie Mae Dukes. Wife: Ruth Dukes. 3 Brothers & 1 Sister.
Pallbearers will be Evan Hilsman, Wil Garrison, Clayton Garrison, Bryson Ware, Cameron Rhoden, Adam Rhoden.
