On September 12, 2023, Estelle Pappas- Nicolet passed away. Devoted mother of Louis Franklin Nicolet, son, and Carla Leslie Nicolet, daughter; loving sister of the late Antonia Pappas Laopodis; proud daughter of the late Katherine (nee Theodorakos) Pappas and Louis Pappas; aunt of Katherine Laopodis Williams and Nicholas Laopodis; and great aunt of Stephanie Nicole Williams, and Jessica Helen Williams. Estelle is predeceased by her companion the late William Prochazka.
Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Thursday, September 21, 2023 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM, where a Trisagion Service will be held at 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation, 24 W. Preston Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201, on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 1:00 PM. Interment Oak Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Accent Care Hospice, or the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation.
