Esther Guadalupe Aleman

Esther G. Aleman was born on March 26, 1941, in Houston, Texas. She departed peacefully on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, surrounded by her family whom she loved dearly. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Joe, daughters Kathy (John), Janet (Noxie), and sons Johnny (Sally) and Joey and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Esther enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She had many hobbies and volunteered at her church (St. Patrick's) and many clubs like the Eagles and Heights Women's Club. She enjoyed hosting her family and friends during holidays, birthdays and pretty much any celebration that included dancing. She loved to dance and was always ready for a good time and a cold beer. She loved bowling, traveling and always finding the closest casino. Cooking was not one of Esther's strong suits unless it included her brothers and sisters. She loved babysitting her grandkids, nieces and nephews. Her home was always open to family and friends. Esther's zeal for life and her love for her family will be greatly missed. The spirit and energy she radiated was always uplifting and her presence never failed to put a smile on your face. The absence of our wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, neighbor and most importantly our friend, will be felt deeply. We will carry our memories of Esther with us daily and we will take solace in the knowledge that God has gained an angel.
Visitation will be held Monday, November 10th, 2025 from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, Houston, Tx. with a Rosary beginning at 6:00 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 11th, 2025 at 10:00 am at St. Patrick's Catholic Church - Houston, TX. Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery.
