Esther Medrano Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Service on Oct. 3, 2024.
It is with heavy hearts and deep love that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Esther Medrano, a woman of profound strength, unwavering faith, and endless loving heart. On October 2, 2024, Esther was called home by the Lord, surrounded by the love of her family, having fought bravely until the very end.
Esther was more than a devoted mother to her children, Esther Medrano, Janie Medrano, Erika Medrano, Juliana Medrano, and Mia Garza; she was a mother to all who knew her.
Her heart knew no limits, as she embraced so many as her own, becoming a second mom and grandma to countless others over the years. Her arms were always open, her home always a place of warmth and welcome, and her love always felt deeply by those fortunate enough to be in her presence.
Esther was a guiding light, a source of wisdom and comfort, and a beacon of strength in difficult times. She carried her family through hardships, and her unshakable faith in the Lord was a constant reminder of the power of grace and perseverance. She was a pillar of resilience, inspiring all who knew her with her quiet but powerful spirit. Her legacy of love, faith, and generosity will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
She was proceeded in death by Juan Medrano (Husband), Juan Carlos and Eduardo Serna-Medrano (Grandchildren), Julia Montes and Marciano Rodriguez (Parents), Rosalinda Rodriguez Montes (Sister), Jose Luis Rodriguez (Brother), Alejandrina Rodriguez (Sister), y Margarita Rodriguez (Sister).
Though we will miss her more than words can express, we take solace in knowing that she is now in the loving arms of the Lord, reunited with those who went before her. We are forever grateful for the time we had with her, and her memory will live on through the love she so freely gave to all.
