Ethan Ritsema, age 34 of Hudsonville, formerly of Hamilton passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2025.
He is survived by his parents Robert and Kerri Ritsema, his brother and his wife Michael and Stephanie Ritsema, and his niece and nephew Anne and Caleb; his aunts and uncles: Gerrit Ritsema, Willie Stokes, Larry Schrotenboer, Dale and Julie Schrotenboer, and Marc Schrotenboer.
Ethan was a graduate of West Ottawa High School, he also attended Community Based Instruction and Compassionate Heart Ministry. Ethan worked for a time at Herman Miller and he enjoyed competing in the Special Olympics and going to Camp Sunshine. He had a passion for music and movies. He brought out the best in those around him. He will be sorely missed.
A private family service will be held. Memorial contributions in Ethan's memory can be given to Camp Sunshine or Compassionate Heart Ministry. www.yntemafh.com

I remember Ethan from CBI, and compassionate ministries! He was a sweet friend and working with him at herman miller was a great opportunity to listen to him sing about Jesus and Elvis ! Prayers for his family during this difficult time
